Company Policies

Returns: Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Please also note that special orders placed can not be refunded. If there are any issues with your shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours in order to receive a refund or credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping: Caviar will ship within 1-3 business days.  If you need caviar by a certain date or wish for Saturday delivery, please email indulge@thecaviarco.com with your order number and desired delivery date.  All East coast orders must be placed by 3pm in order to ship out same day.  We'll do our best that we possibly can to get you your product in time.
